One-on-one Coaching

Working with a co-active coach is often a transformative experience that helps individuals unlock their full potential and create lasting positive change.

Coaching Approach

The key principles of co-active coaching include the belief that you are already resourceful, whole, and capable of finding your own answers with the support of a coach. 

By fostering a collaborative and equal partnership between coach and client, co-active coaching enables individuals to: gain clarity on their goals, identify and overcome limiting beliefs, and take consistent action towards achieving their desired outcomes. 


This approach empowers clients to tap into their inner wisdom, build self-awareness, and develop new perspectives that lead to enhanced personal growth, improved relationships, and a more fulfilling life overall. 

  • What is a chemistry call?
    A chemistry call is an introductory call between a potential client and a coach to determine if there is a good fit between them. It's a chance for both parties to gauge rapport and discuss coaching goals (or any questions a client may have).
  • How long is a coaching session typically?
    I usually offer 45 minute sessions. Happy to accommodate if need be.
  • How is coaching delivered?
    I usually work remote and therefore deliver coaching via video calls. However, depending where you are based, in- person sessions are an option. Open to discussion and happy to tailor the method of delivery to suit your preferences and needs.
  • Is this a good time to begin coaching?
    This depends on your current circumstances and readiness for coaching. If you feel that you have the time, motivation, and resources to commit to coaching, then it may be a good time to start. If you are unsure, feel free to book a free chemistry call and let’s discuss 🙂
  • How will I know if it's effective?
    The effectiveness of coaching can be gauged by the progress you make towards your goals, the insights you gain, and the positive changes you experience in your life. I usually implement regular reflection and feedback to help assess the impact of coaching.
  • Are other languages available?
    I offer coaching in English and German.
  • How quickly can I start?
    The ability to start coaching can depend on your own schedule and my availability. Once you have had a chemistry call and discussed your readiness to start, a schedule can be determined.
  • Is this right for me?
    Coaching can be beneficial for individuals who are seeking to make positive changes in their personal or professional lives, set and achieve goals, overcome challenges, and enhance their overall well-being. If you are motivated to grow and develop, coaching could be beneficial for you. If unsure, we can discuss in a call.
  • Is it confidential?
    Yes, coaching sessions are confidential. As part of my coach training, I abide by strict ethical guidelines to protect the privacy and confidentiality of my clients. If you have further questions around this, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
  • How often is coaching?
    The frequency of coaching sessions can vary depending on your goals, availability, and preferences. Sessions typically range from weekly to bi-weekly, but this can be adjusted based on your needs.
  • How long will coaching last?
    The duration of coaching can vary depending on your goals and needs. Some clients may only need a few sessions to achieve their objectives, while others may benefit from longer-term coaching to sustain growth and development. I usually work with clients for minimum six sessions.
  • What is expected of me?
    As a client, you are expected to be open, honest, and committed to the coaching process. This includes actively participating in sessions and being open to feedback and reflection.
